Instructions

Step 1
Make cashew oil by toasting the cashews first, then place them in a NOT HOT (cold) pot with any oil you want, but i’d recommend Pomace Olive oil (one level lower sa virgin olive oil, virgin olive oil burns fast kasi). Then you heat it up and let it bubble, then as soon as it bubbles turn the heat off and let it cool down.
Step 2
Next you caramelized the onions by slicing onions, then add to a pan on low heat. Salt them and keep stirring. Add RED WINE VINEGAR or any vinegar then let it evaporate while continuously stirring. Then keep adding water or stock until you reach a desired color.
Step 3
Mix the cheese in a bowl with nutmeg, pepper, and oregano.
Step 4
Transfer to an oven safe container and too with cashew nut oil, basil and caramelized onions.
Step 5
Place in the oven on the highest heat possible and broil it.
Step 6
Enjoy with bread!
