Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ciabatta in half. Spread both sides with olive oil. Toast until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the tomato and chop the hazelnuts.
Step 3
Spread the bottom half with the basil mayonnaise.
Step 4
Place the arugula and sliced tomatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the chopped hazelnuts.
Step 5
Place the pastrami slices on top.
Step 6
Finally add the burrata. Cut it in the middle and spread it on the bread. Drizzle on the balsamic cream and place the basil leaves on top
Step 7
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
