4slices Smoked provolone cheese

2 slicesmozzarella cheese

16 ozMild banana pepper rings

2.25 ozcan sliced black olives

4baby dill pickles
sliced

¼ cupMayonnaise

Sub, to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Use an aluminum roaster pan to make prep and clean up a breeze! Add lettuce, meats, and tomato.
Step 2
Chop ingredients with a pastry cutter. Add provolone and mozzarella cheeses and continue chopping.
Step 3
Add pickles, black olives, and banana rings. Chop to combine.
Step 4
Stir in mayo and sub oil (which is simply olive oil and vinegar; you could also use red wine vinaigrette and Italian dressing) to desired consistency.
Step 5
Top with seasonings and grated parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
Step 6
Serve in sub rolls or eat as a salad!
