Duper Easy Italian pasta salad this is really good and tasty you can add salami as well but i dont like salami or black olives.

Step 1
Boil pasta Al dente according to package
Step 2
Dice pepperoni and cheese into cube bite size pieces. & then dice peppers and half small grape tomatoes. (Be sure to remove the stem area)
Step 3
Once pasta is finished cooking rinse with cold water to stop cooking & refrigerate pasta or let it sit in the freezer for about 15-20 mins so it can get cold and not melt the cheese.
Step 4
Once pasta is cold add pepperoni,cheese, tomatoes, pepper, & diced pimento with Italian dressing. Mix thoroughly and let pasta salad chill In fridge before serving (add more dressing if needed)
