Instructions
Step 1
Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Use a dry whisk.
Step 2
Beat eggs in a medium bowl, add buttermilk and oil.
Step 3
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Turn with a spatula until wet throughout; do not over mix.
Step 4
Using a skillet over medium heat, heat oil or bacon grease. Pour batter in desired size pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear in batter or edges start to raise.
