Ingredients
6 servings

2 cupsmilk

1 cupplain yogurt

5eggs

1 tmustard

½ tgarlic powder

½ tonion powder

1 tsalt

pepper

2 dropshot sauce

7 cupsbread
day old, torn into bite size pieces

12 ozfrozen vegetables
vegetable of your choice, such as broccoli, peas, artichoke hearts, butternut squash, or spinach, or 2-3 cups chopped fresh vegetables, such as zucchini, kale, leeks, or cherry tomatoes

1 cupcheese
feta, mozzarella, cheddar parmesan
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
Step 2
Combine all basic recipe ingredients in a bowl except the torn up bread, vegetable and cheese. Beat well. Mix in your desired vegetable and cheese. Once everything is combined, fold in the bread to coat.
Step 3
Pour into a greased casserole and bake, uncovered until set and golden on top, which is about 45 minutes.
