Instructions

Step 1
Slice the turkey breast into thinner slices about 1/2 inch thick then add salt and vinegar to water and submerge the turkey . Let It sit about 20 minutes

In a separate bowl mix the flour and spices and powder sugar then whisk to combine ! At this Stage pour oil into a frying pan and set to medium heat

Step 3
Fill a bowl with regular water then take the turkey out of the water vinegar solution and dip it in the clean water . Now put the turkey in the flour mixture Duo back into the regular water then coat in flour again really pushing the mixture into the turkey breast with your fingers . Once all are coated Place in the hot oil and fry about 5 minutes the first side and 3-4 minutes the second side or until Golden brown
