Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil over medium high. Add onion and bell pepper and cook 5-7 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic, chili powder, and cayenne and cook until fragrant. Stir in ground beef and brown 3-5 minutes. Stir in water, tomato sauce, and macaroni
Step 2
Pressure cook 5 minutes as soon as pot comes to pressure. Do not rely on the timer. Quick Release pressure
Step 3
Stir in corn and chilies over sautee mode until heated, 1-3 minutes. Season with cheese, salt, and pepper.
