Instructions
Step 1
In bowl, mix eggs and sugar together. Add oil and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add slowly into wet ingredients, stirring constantly. Mash bananas separately with a fork and add to mix, stirring until batter is smooth (some banana lumps are fine!) Stir in walnuts.
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
