Instructions
Step 1
Cook potatoes until soft, but not mushy. Remove skin and cut lengthwise. Arrange in buttered dish and sprinkle with salt.

Heat together the butter, brown sugar and water. Pour over potatoes. Bake in 400°F oven for 25 minutes.
