3 Heaping TbsBourbon
plus more for the chef

1 TbsGinger Liqueur
optional

1 Tbsorange
Fresh squeezed

4 Dashesangostura bitters

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper and butter.

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.



Step 3
In a separate mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream butter and brown sugar until combined. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add Bananas. Finally, add liquid mix of bourbon, bitters, liqueur (if using), orange juice, and vanilla extract.








Step 4
Combine together with a hand mixer. It will look curdled.
Step 5
Next, mix wet into dry using a whisk. Whisk until just combined.
Step 6
Finally, fold in chocolate and pecans.
Step 7
Poor batter into the prepared bread pan, and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Check that a skewer comes out dry, and you're done.
