Step 1
Dry the chicken wings in kitchen towel
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with the baking powder, garlic powder, cayenne, pepper, chilli and salt
Step 3
Set oven to 230 Celsius and place wings on a wire rack spaced 0.5cm apart with something to catch the drippings
Step 4
Roast for 30 minutes then turn and roast for a further 20 minutes
Step 5
Mix the Franks hot sauce with the melted butter and sugar and coat the wings with this
