Instructions
Step 1
slice the chorizo into half coins, cook in a large pot (4 heat) for 10 min until roasted. (do not use oil)
Step 2
slice the pepper into long slices and then divide into 2cm strips, add when chorizo is cooked, then cook for another 5 mins.
Step 3
meanwhile, prepare the beef stock (both cubes + 0.5L water + 2 pinches of saffron + chilli powder), then use the other 0.5L of water for the remainder of stock.
Step 4
after pepper is cooked, add the prawns (if raw, cook until pink. if bought cooked, just mix them in).
Step 5
add the stock, wait until it boils.
Step 6
add the rice, leave it for ~20min, stirring once in a while. cook until it's no longer gooey.
