Instructions
Step 1
Remove skin and most fat from the chicken
Step 2
Season chicken as desired
Step 3
Add some water to the instant pot and place trivet in the bottom
Step 4
Place chicken on the trivet, slightly overlapping
Step 5
Cook at high pressure for 10 mins with a natural pressure release (about 15 mins)
Step 6
Remove chicken, allow to cool a bit and then remove from bones.
