Step 1
Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 cutlets. Place in a ziploc bag with the 1/2 c dressing. Marinade 30 minutes
Step 2
Remove breast from the bag and grill over medium heat 5-7 min on each side.
Step 3
Pull lettuce apart to make cups. I used 2 butter lettuce leaves for each wrap. Fill cup with one cutlet, tomato, onion, avocado, olives. Drizzle with additional dressing and top with shredded cheese.
