Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta. Before draining, save ½ cup pasta water and set aside. Saute bacon until crispy. Add frozen peas and garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat. Whisk together eggs, salt, and lemon juice. Stir in the pasta water while still hot to temper the eggs. Toss cooked pasta in the egg mixture. Add the bacon, garlic, and peas. Stir over medium heat until creamy sauce begins to form. Salt and Pepper to taste
