Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut butter cookies, crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. I glazed some with melted chocolate mixed with a little peanut butter.

Preheat oven to 350

Line three baking sheets with parchment paper
Step 3
Place butter and peanut butter in large bowl. Using hand mixer beat together and add both sugars. Cream until smooth.
Step 4
Mix in egg, vanilla, and milk and mix on medium speed unrlril combined.
Step 5
Mix in baking soda and salt, then slowly add flour, and mix just until smooth and comes together.
Step 6
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and place 2 inches apart and make light criss cross pattern. If sticks, dip fork in sugar.
Step 7
Bake 10 to 12 minutes till no longer glossy and they start to brown around edges
Step 8
Cool on sheets at least 10 minutes before removing.
