Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°.
Step 2
As oven preheats, place the butter in 9x13 baking dish & put in oven for the butter to melt.
Step 3
Place the eggs, milk, flour, salt, & vanilla in a blender; cover & process until smooth.
Step 4
Pour batter into the dish with the melted butter.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown & fluffy,
Step 6
Remove from oven & sprinkle generously with syrup & powdered sugar.
