Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, place cast iron skillet in oven
Step 2
Combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 6 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla in a food processor or blender and mix
Step 3
Add 5 Tbsp of butter to cast iron skillet in oven and allow to melt (I typically add butter to the skillet after the oven finishes pre-heating. Butter can burn if placed in the skillet too early.)
Step 4
Pour pancake mixture into cast iron skillet on top of the melted butter and bake for 22-24 minutes
Step 5
Serve German Pancake with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
