Instructions
Step 1
Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthways.
Step 2
Arrange them on two plates.
Step 3
Mix the Greek yoghurt, sweetener and vanilla extract together.
Step 4
Thinly slice the blueberries and strawberries, reserving two strawberry halves for garnish.
Step 5
Stir the sliced berries into the yoghurt
Step 6
Spoon the yoghurt mix onto the middle of the bananas.
Step 7
Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top and decorate with a fresh cherry and the reserved halved strawberries.
