This recipe is so delicious and totally worth the time to make it. Kid and hubby approved Trim healthy mama S dinner.
I like to make the meat sauce while the "crust" is baking.

Instructions
Step 1
Beat the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
Step 2
Add the heavy cream and blend again.
Step 3
In a greased 9x 13 inch baking dish spread the cheddar cheese over the bottom.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, making sure to cover as evenly as possible (this will be our "crust").
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. remove from oven and set aside.
Step 6
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat.
Step 7
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, onion and garlic powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste and chillies to the meat.
Step 8
Spread the meat mixture over the crust and top with the Mexican blend cheese.
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
