Instructions
Step 1
Turn grill on and have knobs turned up half way.
Step 2
When grill reaches 500 F place burgers on grill and cook with lid closed for 4 minutes.
Step 3
After 4 minutes flip the burgers and have them cook another 5 to 6 minutes with the grill open.
Step 4
Remove burgers from the grill and have them set on a plate for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Assemble burgers with buns and condiments then eat
