Instructions
Step 1
Make jiffy according to box instructions.
Step 2
Brown onion and sausage in a pan.
Step 3
Once done and slightly cooled, break up the cornbread and add to a larger baking pan.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350°
Step 5
Add all the other ingredients, except for stock, to the cornbread and mix well.
Step 6
Evenly pour the stock over the pan and flatten.
Step 7
Cook for an hour.
