Instructions

Step 1
On medium low heat, place a pot and let preheat. Add butter and allow to melt. Add pork. While cooking, add onion, garlic salt, creole, and green chili powder.
Step 2
While meat cooks, finely chop hatch green chilies. (It’s easier to chop when it’s been frozen and taken out roughly 20 minutes before cooking). Add to pot when pork has fully cooked. Let cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 3
Blend tomatoes to be super fine. This is optional if you like chunks of tomatoes. Add to pot and stir until combined.
Step 4
For thick chili add 4 oz of water. For thinner chili, add more water to your preference. Salt and pepper to taste.
