Instructions

Step 1
De stalk and wash berries
Step 2
Put berries in pan and add 50% their volume of water
Step 3
Simmer for 20 minutes and mash occasionally
Step 4
Filter mixture through sieve and let stand for 15 minutes. use spoon to push down all juices
Step 5
For every 500ml of juice add 250g sugar. Add cloves, orange slices, lemon slices and cinammon stick
Step 6
Stir mix then simmer for 20 minutes
Step 7
Let cool slightly, sieve then bottle
