Step 1
Cream castor sugar with ghee or butter. Add semolina & gram flour and mix through. Add all other dry ingredients until well incorporated. Measure 15g balls for mini naan khatai and press lightly. Garnish with an Almond or pistachio nuts. Bake in preheated oven 180°C for 12 minutes or light pale in colour.
