first cut all the veggies

boil 1 L of water with 1/2 tsp of salt for the beans and peas
Step 3
rinse the quinoa and put in a rice cooker for 20 mins
Step 4
once the water is boiling put in the beans and peas and cook on low head for 10 min
Step 5
prepare the dressing
Step 6
add everything together, add the dressing and mix well
