Instant Pot Butter Chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Turn pressure cooker to sauté, add butter.
Step 2
When butter is melted, add cubed chicken and onion.
Step 3
Cook just enough for the outer chicken not to be pink.
Step 4
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Put lid and set to low pressure for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Allow natural release for 1 minute, (avoid splatters) then quick release.
Step 7
Serve immediately or remove chicken, stir in cornstarch to thicken sauce, and add chicken back in.
Step 8
Serve with rice and/or Naan.
