Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Score top of potatoes and place in 9x13 baking dish
Step 3
Add 2 pats of butter to top of each potato
Step 4
Add fresh ground salt and black pepper to potatoes
Step 5
Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes
Step 6
Sprinkle bacon bits over the potatoes
Step 7
Add cheddar cheese to the potatoes
Step 8
Sprinkle with smoked paprika
Step 9
Return to oven until cheese is melted and slightly crispy
Step 10
Plate it up then add sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
Step 11
Top with chives
