Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°
Step 2
Cover the base of the muffin tin with the oil
Step 3
Heat the oil for 30 mons while prepping the mixture
Step 4
Add the flour, eggs, milk & salt to a jug and Whisk together
Step 5
Leave to stand
Step 6
Once the oil is heated, fill each muffin ¼ full for a small Yorkshire or ½ full for large muffins (makes 6)
