Instructions
Step 1
Mix everything together with your hands to form a dough.

Roll into balls, about 2cm each.

Place on baking tray lined with parchment.

Press down slightly with a fork. (Or anything that will leave a pattern. I used a meat tenderiser)

Bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes.

For the filling: these quantities would fill twice as many, so you could halve it.

50g soft butter

Beat the butter until smooth.
Step 13
Add the sugar, custard powder and vanilla and beat until creamy adding drops of warm water until to the consistency you want.
