These lemon cheesecake donuts are the perfect little springtime treat. They are made with oats and topped with a lemon cream cheese frosting. blended oats
5 Tbspstevia
½ tspbaking powder
½ tspbaking soda
50g0% fat yogurt
75mlunsweetened almond milk
1lemon
small, zested
Cream cheese frosting
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven t0 180°C (356°F). Spray a 6-count donut case with a few 1 calorie sprays.

Step 2
Combine all the donut ingredients except for the lemon zest in a medium bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Step 3
Gently fold in the lemon zest.
Step 4
Spoon or pipe the mixture evenly into the donut molds.
Step 5
Bake the donuts in the pre-heated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean – about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the donuts in the donut case for 2-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 7
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
Step 8
Spoon and spread the frosting onto the donuts and serve.
