Instructions
Step 1
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Pour in a baking tin (mine was 20cm) and bake at 180°C/ 360°F for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
Step 2
For the frosting I whisked together 150g (vegan) cream cheese, a splash maple syrup and the juice of one lemon.
