Instructions

Assemble the Graham Cracker Crust

Step 1
In a medium size bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar together to moisten.

Pour the mixture in a 9.5 inch pie dish

Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.

Key Lime Creamy Dreamy Goodness

Step 5
Mix the room temperature cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and 2/3 of the lime zest in a large mixing bowl. Slowly mix to start (otherwise liquid flings everywhere.)

Mix the ingredients together until smooth about 5 minutes

Pour the Key Lime Creamy Dreamy Goodness into the cooled pie shell

Sprinkle with 1/3 lime zest

Refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
