Instructions

Step 1
1.Add warm water to a bowl. Add yeast,salt, sugar and 2 tbsp oil. 2.Add in flour and mix. The dough will be soft. Add the remaining 2 tablespoon oil. 3.Cover and let rise for 2 hrs. 4.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 5.Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle olive oil on parchment paper with a sprinkle of salt. 6. Place dough on oiled/salted parchment paper and spread out. Drizzle oil on top and sprinkle Maldon salt. 7. Bake for 25mins.
