Instructions

Step 1
In bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, & salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in lg. pan over med.-high. Once hot, add shrimp, cooking each side (2-3 min.) until shrimp is orange & looks done.
Step 3
Drizzle honey-chili sauce over shrimp; toss to coat. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Honey-Chili Sauce

Step 4
Add all sauce ingredients to sm. saucepan; stir everything until cornstarch has dissolved. Bring sauce to boil over med. heat; reduce heat to med.-low & simmer (5 min.) Let sauce cool (5-10 min.) before pouring into a jar. Once sauce reaches room temp., seal jar & place in refrigerator (up to 3 wks.)
