Heat pan or skillet to medium-low heat Slick with butter or non stick spray
Crack egg into pan, poach the yoke, but do not scramble it
Season egg as desired
Let egg cook until underside is solid enough to flip and then flip
Let egg cook until desired firmness Repeat for each egg Cut bagel in half and toast in toaster Regrease pan, and cook meat until fully cooked Take all finished ingredients and assemble into sandwich
