Instructions

Step 1
Add flour, honey, instant yeast, and water to a mixing bowl. I used a stand mixer with the dough attachment.
Step 2
Mix until dough comes together and is sticking to the attachment. Add your salt and a 2-4 second count of olive oil ( just enough to get the dough to whip around better.) Continue to mix for another minute or so.
Step 3
Once dough is done in the mixer, Add some flour to your counter and kneed the dough for 1-2 mins. Oil a bowl and place dough back in there. Cover and let it rise until it doubles in size.
Step 4
Once dough has doubled in size, take it out and cut it into 3 equal parts. Form a baguette shape and place them on to a pan line with parchment paper or a non stick pan. Sprinkle some flour on top and score the dough diagonally. Let rise for 30 more minutes.
Step 5
Add an oven safe bowl with ice to the oven rack below the bread, place bread pan on the top rack. Bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 18 minutes. The breads internal temperature should be about 200-210° F.
