Instructions

Step 1
Crack 4 eggs, whisk with salt and pepper
Step 2
Scramble eggs until they begin to brown lightly
Step 3
Remove eggs from pan and place to side
Step 4
Grease pan again, and place tortilla in pan
Step 5
Cook the first side for 1-2 min
Step 6
Flip the tortilla over, and cover the cooked side with shredded cheese. Add sour cream on top of cheese. Sprinkle green onions and pico on top of sour cream.
Step 7
Take the tortilla with the toppings off the pan and place on plate. Add 1/2 of eggs and roll burrito
Step 8
Repeat steps 4-7 for more burritos
