Instructions

Step 1
Pour water, sugar, and the malic and tartaric acids in the bowl. Program normal mode 7'/speed 3/100º. As soon as you arrive to 100 celsius degrees, press stop
Step 2
Wait until the mix is at 50º
Step 3
Add the baking soda and program normal mode 1'/speed 3/0º
Step 4
Pour the mix in a glass food container, wait until the foam is gone and then close the lid. You can keep it in storage for 11 months.
