Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemon into a saucepan. Then drop the fruit into the saucepan and add water.
Step 2
Add cinnamon, star anise, ginger, coffee, flowers and stevia, and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Strain and pour into a jar to store in the fridge. Mix 1 part syrup with 3 parts water to make up drink.
