Instructions
Step 1
prepare plates/bowls with eggs, crackers and cheese
Step 2
spray a baking pan with cooking spray
Step 3
season chicken with salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
coat with egg, followed by cheese, then crackers
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked to temperature

When chicken is almost complete mix cream of chicken, butter and sour cream and heat.
