Stir-fry
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare sauce by mixing together ingredients listed.
Step 2
Prepare other ingredients for stir-fry.
Step 3
Boil potatoes for about 20 minutes or until tender. Remove, allow to cool, then cut into cubes.
Step 4
Add egg noodles to boiling water and cook for the amount directed on the packet. Meanwhile, you can start the stir-fry in a wok or large fry pan in the following order: garlic, then choy sum, then tofu, then bean sprouts.
Step 5
When noodles are ready, add immediately to wok/pan, and add sauce and cooked potato. When combined, serve immediately, topped with fried shallots and chilli slices, with shredded lettuce and lime wedges on the side.
