Step 1
Grease a 2 quart baking dish
Step 2
Scatter the bread in the baking dish. Pour scaled milk over the bread. Set aside.
Step 3
Mix eggs with sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour egg mixture over bread mixture.
Step 4
Set baking dish in slightly larger pan. Pour warm water into the larger pan about halfway up side of the bread pan.
Step 5
Bake for about 1 hour at 350ºF or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
