Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Melt butter in baking pan
Step 3
Beat eggs, salt, and all but 2 tablespoons of sugar
Step 4
Scald milk and add vanilla. Then, mix into the egg mixture.
Step 5
Mix the bread and raisins in baking pan
Step 6
Pour milk mixture over bread and let stand 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Press bread down and sprinkle top with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Step 8
Bake about 30 minutes.
