Ingredients
6 servings
2 ½ cupsMacaroni
uncooked
2 ½ TbspFlour
1 ¼ tspsalt
Pepper
to taste
4 TbspButter
salted
3 cupscheddar cheese shredded
1 cupCereal Cream
For the Topping:
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta until tender, drain.
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside.
Step 3
Spray oven safe bowl or dish with cooking spray. Place half of macaroni inside. Sprinkle half of the flour mixture over top and top with half of the Butter, sliced into small slices. Sprinkle 1½ cups cheese over. Repeat. Pour milk or cream over all.
Step 4
Cover with foil and bake at 350° F for thirty five minutes.
Step 5
Remove foil.
Step 6
Combine Panko crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on the top of the casserole. Bake for an additional 10 minutes to lightly brown.
Step 7
Serve hot, enjoy!
