Step 1
1) Pat 1 lb steak dry and cut with the grain into thin strips about ½-inch wide. Season steak with kosher salt and transfer to a vacuum bag with 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce. Vacuum seal and transfer to a Suvie pan. Fill pan with water and insert into the bottom zone of your Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Suvie Cook Settings Bottom Zone: Sous Vide at 130°F for 1 hour Top Zone: None

2) Place 1 cup jasmine rice in a Suvie rice pot (black handles). Place pot inside the Suvie Starch Cooker, ensuring the pot is centered on the hot plate. Close the lid, input settings, and cook now or schedule. Suvie Starch Cooker Settings Rice, Long Grain, 1 Cup

3) After the cook, remove pans from your Suvie. Remove steak from packaging, allowing marinade to drip back into the bag. Discard marinade. Dry pan and return steak to it. Place snow peas in a second Suvie pan and drizzle with ½ tsp sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Insert both pans into your Suvie and broil 10 minutes or until meat is browned and snow peas are softened.

4) Fluff rice with a fork and season to taste with salt. Divide rice, steak, and snow peas between bowls, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
