Instructions
Step 1
Wash your berries.

Add to saucepan and keep stirring whilst (low ish heat)

Keep stirring and then try to mash it up, blueberries will take longer to decompose.

Add your erythritol

Add your xanthan gum
Step 6
Then heat off and stir for about 2 minutes
Step 7
Transfer on to a jar and store in the fridge once cool.
