Instructions

Step 1
pour the berries into a pot with 2 tbsp water and simmer, stirring regularly, for about 20 minutes until the liquid is reduced
Step 2
next add in the honey, lemon zest and chia seeds and mix well
Step 3
remove from the heat and allow to cool
Step 4
when the mixture is cool, pour into an air-tight container or jar.
