Step 1
Mix 3 Cups Water, Flour, Salt and Yeast together… slowly add half of oil.
Step 2
Slowly add the remaining cup of water in bowl to form a think batter or watery dough.
Step 3
Allow dough to rise for at least a hour. Line cast iron skillet with parchment paper and oil.
Step 4
add dough to lined cast iron skillet. Drizzle oil and rosemary over top and press fingers all over dough to make indentations.
Step 5
Bake for 35 to 35 min or until golden brown
